No, NACU kind of fizzled out a few years ago. There is a somewhat active Utah planted aquarium group on facebook.

If the link doesn't work the facebook group is called "Utah Aquascaping & Planted Tanks". It's nice for local trades and the like, but APC has LOTS more info.
