I'm in Spokane. Same experience with the club's name. Maybe they think they are the only "Washington" in the USA? ;)

Re: washington?
Oh, the other Washington! BTW, Don't be fooled, GWAPA can't have an "out of state" membership......they are not a State! On the other hand, we'll take the money!

Re: washington?
HI, I am from Seattle WA. I think we should get more people together and meet for lunch or something like that.

Re: washington?
Hi jlo,

I sent you a greeting in the other forum, I didn't know you are in Seattle. You (and all "other Washington" residents) are welcome to come to one of the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society meetings as a guest. We usually meet on the second Tuesday of each month on the campus of Seattle Pacific University. Just a bunch of crazy fish, plant, aquarium people that like to get together and share our hobby. We have brought in guest speakers from around the country, including some well known APC members.

In April, instead of our regular meeting, we are having our "Big Annual Auction' on Saturday April 18th. Here is a link to our website, hope to see you there! Also sending you a PM.

Hi armedbiggiet (Tony),

Hope the purple bamboo worked out OK for you. The GSAS meeting is next Tuesday (9/8/09) at Seattle Pacific University. I believe the talk this month is on Diagnosing Fish Diseases.

All times are GMT -8. The time now is 12:29 PM.
