A single HUGE rare auction (aquabid)...or TRADE
SUPER HUGE MEGA GIGANTOR SPLEDIFEROUS Aquabid auction/Trade :D ....wow, that was fun LOL
Ok, why so good you say?...well, take a look at the goods that are in it and see if you can come up with better words to describe it!!!!
Ludwigia sp. Cuba: 10 stems
Broad Leaf Stellata: 4 stems
Aromaticoides: 6 stems
Petite nana: 1
Taiwan moss: small clump
Lobelia: 3 (emersed)
Crypt. Wendti Mi Oya:2 (emersed)
Crypt Petchii: 2 (emersed)
Why am I clearing so much? I want to try and grow some new plants so I am basically clearing out a tank and only keeping 2 small stems of each for potential later use.
I do however have a list of crypts and swords that I am trying to get a hold of. IF YOU HAVE ANY THEM and want to work out either a complete TRADE or partial auction credit against your bid, contact me via PM to arrange something PRIOR AND ONLY PRIOR to the auction's end :) Obviously some trade plants have higher value than others ;)
Echinodorus `Devils Eye´
Echinodorus `Digital Art´

Cryptocoryne cordata "Rosnervis"
OTHER Interesting crypts?
Just finished going through the tank.
I can also include a little Ludwigia glandulosa and I also think the stem count on cuba will go up a little bit.
..that is, if the winner wants them LOL
"no no, please don't give me any extra plants" :D
You should come down to the annual San Diego Tropical Fish Society Auction in November (Second Sunday of the month). This club has a number of hard core aquatic gardeners and some lovely and often very rare plants come up. There was nearly 400 items last year, and anyone can bid and buy (just like COAST).
By the way, I was high bidder for the cuba, it is gorgeous! Thanks for bringing it on Sunday :)
Glad you like it! I figured only a couple MIGHT know what the plant is...in the bag, it didn't look all that special :D I'll going to try and bring interesting plants to each coast meeting...perhaps we can get some people interested in the "finer arts" of planted tanks...Java moss has more uses than just breeding LOL
Ive been wanting to go to the mega auction, but something always comes up :( This year, I will be going to the AGA conference so it looks like I have to wait another 6 months :(
The plant is gorgeous, I love it. I have it in one of my planted ram tanks that has Tahitian black sand, it looks awesome!!
Thanks for bringing it :)
Map to the club, auctions, etc :)
