Default Buce sp Centipede

Plenty of tank raised Buce. Had this variety for years. Roughly $5/baseball sized clump.

Not familiar with them. Are they suited for moderate light, low-tech-type set-ups (e.g., no CO2)? And can they handle moderately hard water? (I'm in central Ohio and have never tested my water, but it isn't really soft or hard...just kinda "middle" compared to other places I've lived.)
I am looking for some plants, and am definitely interested if they will at least have a chance.

In general Buce are very much like Anubias. Slow growing. Low tech they would do fine.
