Welcome to APC!
Maybe a little crazy but definitely fun. First you will need to test the drain. Most bathtub drains do not seal tightly--enough for a bath but not enough to hold water 24/7. You may need to put a rubber drain stopper over the existing drain.
Do you want to have plants? If so, will the window provide enough light? How big is the window and which direction does it face? A big south facing window might be enough.
If the window doesn't give enough light, is there a way to hang a light fixture over the tub? Some of the 48" LED shop light fixtures are surprisingly bright, and are available in 6500K color temperature recommended for aquarium lights. Or you could use an aquarium or hydroponic light fixture.
Post some photos please.
