John,
I don't know about OC, but down here in SD Aquatic Warehouse usually has at least one kind of micro rasbora at any given time. They've kept them around ever since I asked them to look out for them and bought the entire bag when the shipment came in. I'm planning on going by either today or tomorrow, and will check for you.

I was in and it looks like they've got a few in. Labeled as pygmy rasbora. AW is easy to work with. Give them a call. They'll usually tell you what they have in stock and are hoping to get in the next shipment. Probably moreso if you're coming from as far as you are.
