Green Dust Algae

This is a powder that sticks to almost anything. It's easy to remove from the surface, but the powder turns the area greenish and it's bright green.

Also, there is some kind of weird deficiency, possibly calcium deficiency showing on the Hygrophila. I am not even sure it is a deficiency. It might be a toxicity.
