Green water: a. Where's the Fish

Am I the only person with algae?

Everybody gets green water at some time or another. Just about everybody gets BGA (bluegreen algae). Keep the CO2 up and the iron up, and the nitrates and phosphates measurable, and soon the plants will outgrow the green water. If you can't wait for that, try ultraviolet sterilization or the dark treatment.

I'd say add a huge amount of daphnia, and you got something that'll not only clear up the water, but feed your fishies too!

I'm lucky so far, never had BGA or Green water before in my tanks. (I know I just jinxed myself...)
