Pros:
Small, quiet, good flow
Cons:
clogs easily
I have the Via aqua 80. It's small and easy to hide. I use it for the CO2 misting and not really for extra flow. It requires some cleaning when plant debris gets stuck to the intake area. Taking out the sponge increases the amount of time between cleanings. Overall I recommend this product for those looking for a small powerhead for a nano, or CO2 diffusion.

Great--So Far
Cons:
Heard they breakdown within a yr
I have several Via Aqua pumps 1)-180, 1)-360, 3)-480's, and 2)-1800's (on the way). I have read that Via Aqua stuff breaks down with 1 yr. I have 2 of their Stainless Steel heaters (3 months), 1 Titanium Heater (1yr), and currently 5 of their smaller pumps (3-8months)---and everything is working Great so far.....I'll just have to wait and see about the breakdowns.....
