Hello, this is my 29 gallon plant tank. My first, It has been growing for 7 months since the last revamp and is doing better than ever. I would like to hear all opinions.

Thank you, the madagascar is to big but it grows so well.

The madagascar definitely steals the show, but it is so healthy and beautiful I don't think I'd be able to remove it. Perhaps something to soften the base of it? A couple moss covered rocks (flatter rather than tall), or a short growing plant. With nothing in front of it, it looks closer to the front than it really is and makes the tank seem smaller. I like how you've arranged the left side, the rock is perfect with the moss to soften it and the plants are a nice mix.

A fore ground is my next step moss cover rocks are an option, or may be Hemianthus callitrichoides? It does need something.

What's your secret with growing the lace plant so wonderfully?

I have a lace plant rhizome cut, and it's hardly growing.

The lace plant is acutally quite easy. You just need a well balanced tank, I use the ei index for dosing. If there is any secret it is photo period, we do not need as much as we think we do.
