What a good light set up for a 5 gal/ i have java fern,moss ball and a betta

i have a 15watt spiral flor. bulbs over my 5g tanks. the 6700k daylight bulb rom walmart etc. works well for all my plants.

My 5 gallon tank came with a light fixture that held 2 screw in incandescent bulbs. I have replaced these with "Mini Compact Coralife Colormax" 10 watts each, 6700K Bulbs. It has been less than a month and my little micro chain sword took off and created about 10 new plants. I'm going to have to start pulling up plants just so the betta has somewhere to swim.
