I currently have a 75 Gallon with 4x55 AH Supply lights and pressurized co2. I currently have only high light plants (HC, blyxa japonica, Limnophila aromatica....). I want a amazon tank with swords, crypts, java ferns and amazon type plants. Will I have any problems with low light plants in a high light tank? I have heard that java moss is hard to grow in high light. Anyone have experiences with this?

Can't you just plant them in the shadow of the others? That should work fine. Make sure you keep your ferts up and your water circulation at a good level so each plant can get the nutrition they nee.

I don't think you'll have any problem growing low-light plants in high light. And like TexGal suggested, you could plant the moss in the shadows of the other plants if you're concerned about them. I've got some Christmas Moss growing near the top of my tank, so it gets some intense light (although it's just moderate lighting overall going by WPG) and it grows wonderfully.
