I'll see about bringing the group camera. No promises though. There will be tons of cameras without me though.

A camera is no problem, I have one, and I'm sure many others will be there. Jay is the "Offical AGA Photographer" too.

The rooms have Broadband access while the meeting rooms and public areas have wireless access.

Only item lacking is the laptop. Tony, you have one? With USB ports that I can dump pics from my camera on?

Unfortunately, I don't....about the best I could do would be to TRY to borrow an old laptop from my dad with an old PII.

I have the notebook and a card reader.

We discussed putting online names on the tags along with given names. Not sure what was decided. Guess we'll all know more on Thursday.

There will be tons of pictures. I'm taking 2 x 1G + 1 x 256MB cards plus laptop.

Sounds great! Perhaps we can end up with a truely comprehensive photo report of the event....to really tease those who didn't go ...only to get them to go next year

Probably with all the stray people holding cameras pictures will be plentiful. I don't know who they will be trying to get to speak next year, could be interesting. Question is, where will it be, Boston area or out west someplace.

Club needs to be well organized and few new people can't handle such pressure. Sean and myself are part of AGA Advisory Committee (~20 people) and we have to go through 20+ emails on daily basis to be up to speed.

I've read 898 emails since being added to the list serve for the board on Sept 21st, well that includes the few I've sent.

When I said Boston or out west I was just throwing out the two other places it could have been held this year. I'm not on the committee to pick a location nor am I in a position to suggest one. I have no clue as to where there is a group of people willing to do this much work for next years convention, all I can tell you for certain is I won't be planning it next year. :wink:

717 here and I was only added in September. I can only imagine how many Ghazanfar had since day 1.
