Cryptocoryne walkeri (formerly C. lutea) would work, some of the C. wendtii varieties too. If you want it to get larger like a sword, perhaps some of the larger green Cryptocorynes...C. moehlmannii, C. pontederiifolia, C. cordata...etc.
