[Wet Elbows]

I made the rookie mistake of not remembering or writing down the names of some of my first plants. Can anyone give me the name of this plant? I assume it's some type of sword. Some of the center leaves will change to a dark, deep red color and then turn back to green. I thought those leaves were dying but they change color?
