For plant choices look at the PlantFinder in the left of the gold bar at the top of the page. You can look for plants by region, light needs, ease of care, etc.
In addition to CO2 as Roy mentioned, you'll need a fertilizer program to keep things on track with that much light, especially if you have a heavily planted tank. Have you decided what method you're going to use?
