I\'ve been dealing with Aquarium Plants for a good while now. They not only have wonderful selections, healthy products but reasonable prices.

If you have problems they will take care of them to your satisfaction. They like to keep their customers.

The plants come well packed and healthy. Relatively snail free. Their portions are always generous. They are my main source for plants and accessories.

I purchased eco complete from aquariumplants.com. It arrived in a timely manner, and I didn't pay top dollar for the stuff, so good price for eco. Never ordered plants from them b/c a lot of the time I just couldn't find a good variety of plants I wanted.

I ordered about $75 worth of plants from them a few months ago. Everything arrived fine and promptly. My only complaint is that I ordered several different similar plants and specifically requested that each Group/Type be labeled so I would know what was what--didn't happen. But I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered some Eco Complete from them before Halloween. After a week of no Substrate I called and asked them what was going on. "We ran out." is the responce I got. They said that Carib Sea was shipping it to me. After 3 weeks of no substrate I called and same story. I called Carib Sea. They had just receved my order from them. To sum it up, it is the week before Thanksgiving, I still dont have Eco-Complete, According to UPS Shipping info has been recieved but hasnt left Carib-sea yet. Nothing was offered to help me out I had to do all the research and call Carib-sea to find out what was going on.

I would not buy from again.

I shop on line to get a deal. Out of all the places I have bought plants this was the worst place. The plants were healthy but so small. For example I bought 6 Balansae Cryptocoryne with two leaves on each so called plant. I am use to getting a plant not a leaf.

In all my order was $180. When I spend that much on plants I usually can fill Two aquariums. Instead I was barely able to fill half of one. I recommend going elsewhere many places will actually give you a plant for a little more.

I've been setting up a new, freshwater tropical tank and want have it well planted. I thought I would give online ordering a shot.

I carefully chose the types of plants I wanted and found two vendors that had them. I placed BOTH orders at the same time. They BOTH shipped at the same time and BOTH arrived at the same time. I asked for 2 day shipping from both.

Now, bare in mind, it is winter. The day I ordered them it was cold but the temp dropped to below zero between the time I placed the order and when they shipped.

Order arrived packaged in a box lined with Styrofoam sheets. All of the various plants where in separate bags, wrapped in newspaper, then ALL of them were wrapped in newspaper. There was only minor cold damage to the leaves of two of the plants. Overall, I appreciated the service.

Order arrived in small, thin box. ALL of the plants where in one bad that had about 10 layers of packing tape wrapped around it. It took me quite a while to just OPEN the friggin thing! There was only ONE layer of newspaper wrapped around it. ALL of the plants where frozen and looked like boiled spinach. I managed to save a few of the Sagittaria sublata by trimming off all the dead stuff and I have about a 1/ 3 of them. The rest were a total loss! When emailed about this, they basically said, "Tough, you should have ordered overnight." (Which was around $50/ doubling the amount I was paying.)

So, do NOT order from Aquarium Plants. They will rip you off and say it's your fault.

After a week of trying to order plants, I told them to cancell my order. Well I was charged 60 dollars and never got anything! These people are so unco-ordinated it's not funny. Slow to return calls and very rude with customers. Another plant dealer I ordered from said he has had many complaints about them and is glad to have my business. The other place was also cheaper with very healthy plants.
