Are Ice cap ballast still quality?
has anyone else came out with something better?
I'm slowly buying stuff for a new larger tank, and have not really made up my mind rather I want something like an "off the shelf" 180g or have something made in the 48"x30"x24" range. Going with an ice cap would allow me to run a number of diffrent bulb combos. I've had very good luck with them in the past running ho, VHO and t5.
