I've got some baby bristlenose in my main tank sitting in my overflow right now. I was wondering if they would be shrimp safe for awhile until they are big enough to go back into my main tank?

Bristlenoses won't eat your shrimps.
I have 2" bristlenose in my CRS tank and they go along very well.

I'm thinking I might actually put them in one of those guppy baby things, you know the green net ones? If I turn those suckers loose in that heavily planted tank I'll never catch them again lol.

I have a trick to catch bristlenose in a heavily planted tank -- increase Co2 to a point where those bristlenoses become semi-shocked. You can then catch them bare handed easily. After that, you just need to pump some air into the water and they will be active again.
