I enter the user name and password, but when I do it just blinks. I tried IE as well with the same result. I wanted to see if I could just save a picture to my hard drive, move something to a new family, and just reload it. I tried clearing cookies. Please help.

Thanks, but I still can't get it to work. I enter the name and password, then hit enter. All it does is refresh the enter name/password thing.
