Diatom filter or HOT Magnum, Seachem's Clarity or like product, water changes. micro/micron filter pads in your filter is you have a canister filter. If it's green water, diatom filter or/and UV filter. Good luck!

The question is 'why' do you have cloudy water? If it's a newly set up tank, it will resolve itself in time. If you have the start of an algae bloom, that's another story. Do you have anything leaching from any items in the tank? More info would help.
