Mine dumped the CO2 mixture into the aquarium. The neons died, but i managed to salvage the guppies, oto cats, and cory cats.
I did a 90% water change. Of course, the good news is that I managed to aquascape again. I will post a photo once the water clears up. My Aponogeton Ulvaceous was flowering and my Banana Plants had reached the surface. Unfortunately, I was also growing a lovely carpet of algae on my wood.
