I would be very hesitant to keep discus in an El Natural Tank without water changes. Discus are from the amazon river system and need the clean fresh water. Without water changes you will most likely find stunted growth and poor coloring. Discus are very susceptible to hole in the head disease which one of the primary defenses is frequent water changes.
