Some do some don't. What red plants do you have? CO2 will help most any plant grow faster and produce more color.
red Wendtii and Ludwigia repens i believe are the names sorry my local stores around here don't know what they have and I'm new to all of it so i don't know what i have those two seem to be the ones I'm having most trouble growing
Both of those plants should at least have some red in them without CO2. The Wendtii will probably be more brown.
the wendtii went brown befor it died the root system on the wendtii went mushy and then just died the repens just fell apart
Ludwigia repens and needle leaf ludwigia, no Co2. I use Excel.
