This might have been stated before in the 3 threads on this tank but I can't find it. Could you tell me what thickness of glass was used in the making of this tank?

I believe in your bio you mentioned that the bottom was tempered?

I am redesigning my 77 gal. Geo, reusing the front and back panes but lowering the height and extending the width, so materials are interesting to me.

It's 0.5" on the sides, and 3/4" on the bottom.

DonaldmBoyer, I'm also curious what had become of the aquatic Selaginella. Did it really grow well as submerged aquarium plant, in the long term? If so, how does its submerged habit look like?

Hi Yo-han! The common name here in the USA is "Fluffy Ruffles" fern. The scientific name: Nephrolepis exaltata 'Bostoniensis Fluffy Ruffles.' I will warn you that one it gets established, it is very prolific. It's very pretty, but grows like a weed and can spread quickly.

Yes it is still the ficus is waaayyy worse!
