You go to the plastic supplyer, to pick up stuff for a project. You get home, get every thing ready to glue up... Then you realize your acrylic cement lid was not put on tight and it evaporated out...

Back to tap I go.

Atleast I will be able to get my bubble counter and diffuser done today. Not bad for $1.45 in acrylic. :)

I used my miter saw, then took the tube to the edges to the jointer, Then it just glue some scrap in between that has a pre drilled hole. its 1/8" extruded tubing so it will not machine up nice.

Whem I'm done I'll just chuck it in my lathe and turn it to a few thou under sized of the tube, then wash it in actone.

You can't flame polish extruded stock if you plan on or have "welded it" it will craze.
