After posting a message, it appears to be there two times. I have to keep coming back to check and delete the second copy.
Example, http://www.aquaticplantcentral.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2240&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=0
This happens on ~50% of posts. Later the posts get locked and can't delete them.
What am I doing wrong?

Looks like it happens with your threads as well as posts.

This is strange as it happens only to you. It may have something to do with your service provider. I'll check on our end.
