I am considering adding Rams or a pair of Apistos or Kribensis to my 90 gallon planted tank, but I am worried about them eating my Red Cherry Shrimp? Any advice?

Your RCS should be able to survive a pair of cichlids, as long as enough cover are present. Just keep them well fed, both cichlids and shrimps.

I've found my population of Rainbow shrimp has definitely dropped since adding a trio of Apistogramma agassizi to my tank. I had Biotoecus before and they didn't seem to make an impact on the population but the Apistogramma defintely eat the smaller ones. This is in a very heavily planted tank too. They don't eat the adults though.

Kribs will eat the adults. In fact, I once caught one eating a medium-sized Amano shrimp! With enough hings places, they should still be OK.
