I've found my population of Rainbow shrimp has definitely dropped since adding a trio of Apistogramma agassizi to my tank. I had Biotoecus before and they didn't seem to make an impact on the population but the Apistogramma defintely eat the smaller ones. This is in a very heavily planted tank too. They don't eat the adults though.
