Or commonly called Mexican Sword I guess. Anyway my leaves keep growing above the water line in a 20gal H. tank. Should I just let them keep growing or should I cut them down??

Well I guess I will let a few of them grow out. I can tell that I am going to have to get rid of a bunch of the plants, cause they are multiplying rapidly.
