Anyone know how to open the pump housing on a 2217? Ive done it before and cant remember. I lost the little rubber bushing for the axle and would like to take the whole thing apart for cleaning since its down.

Yeah it looks like the little cover should twist off, but I cant budge it and dont want to force it without knowing for sure if thats how it comes off. :-(
