Oliver Knott is a successfull aquascaper from Germany. You could see his tanks on his website

There is also interview with him on this forum in aquascaping section.

Ole Pederson is successfull aquascaper as well. Associate Professor in Freshwater Biological Laboratory - University of Copenhagen.

I will make another post in aquascaping section on his tanks.
