This is also called "Amano-style pearlgrass" by some. Here is a little description I wrote up a while back:
Requirements are similar to regular pearlgrass (Hemianthus micranthemoides); slightly less demanding (IME) of nutrients and is much easier to control and "confine" to a particular area of the tank. Strictly two leaves per node. Attractive, dense growth can be achieved by frequent trimming. Very delicate-looking, pretty addition to any aquascape!
