If it says its sized for a 20 gallon, you should really believe its only good for a 10 gallon. I would get something better. A HOB fitler would probably be better than that.

eheim 2213 is good for your tank. It cost more than what you are looking at, but it's worth it.
Rena XP2 would suit you good.
Unless you plan on going to a large tank, an XP1 would be great. It's what I use. I just hate the pipes...better than green I guess. =p

XP2 had two media trays compared to 1
Xp2 has a little more flow...it its too much you could turn it down a little.
Xp2 is not that much more $
Money isn't an issue, but it's size is. For me it would have been hard to fit it in the cabinet with everything else going on down there.
