Hairgrass

have these both in a tetra and neocardinia shrimp tank
pretty sure the first is Eleocharis. Is the 2nd plant also Eleocharis? seems to be growing much better than the other one. I have included an additional photo of the plant I am trying to identify

Welcome to APC!

The first photo may be Eleocharis, I can't be certain. The second and third photos look like Sagittaria subulata, which would explain why it is growing better. It is a much easier species than any of the hair grasses I have failed to grow, LOL.
