Where do you buy heat packs for shipping? How much are those?

Yes Ken's fish has them, or there are lots of places on Aqua Bid that sell them (at least the last I looked there).
I believe some of our sponsors also carry them, so you could check in that section as well.
I like to get the ones that last longer, unless you are shipping overnight.
