i have black fluorite, an aquaclear 50 filter, pretty hard water, w.c. about every week, i use the pps dosing guide with the exact solutions and dosing mentioned in the fertilizing forum. I have some H difformis, H corymbosa, water sprite, didiplis diandra, amzon sword, and a cryptocoryne wendtii. i use the hagen T8 bulbs, 1 life glo, 1 power glo, 1 sun glo, and one bulb from All Glass Aquariums, i think it is 8000K

My guess is that the pH might be a factor that may be limiting your plant's survival. Hope some of the other experts may be able to provide you with some expert advice.
