Hello from Medford Oregon!

Hello everyone! I got started in the fish/plants hobby in january of this year when I brought in some goldfish from a frozen pond inside to shelter them from the cold in a 10 gallon tank. When spring came, I put them back into my pond, and I looked at an empty 10 gallon tank. So I turned it into a tropical fish tank with Neon Tetras, Kuhli loaches, and a Dwarf Gourami. I got tired of looking at an unatural tank, so with the help of the internet and a fish store, I brought back a few clumps of Anacharis and an Anubias rhizome with about 10 leaves.

I have since upgraded my lighting and started to dose CO2 since march, and I have gotten better plants. Such as Dwarf Sag, moneywort, ludwigia, and brazilian pennywort.

I hope to learn more from this site than I already know.
