That is it. I was in Moscow in 1993 or 4 (I think) and remember the start of several aquarium magazines, including that one. The AQUATIC BOOK SHOP (in California) still has some available for sale. Although they are not at very high technological level, i observed lots of knowledge, interesting fishes and growing interest in aquatic plants.
