I was born in Tasmania and lived in about 52 towns around Oz before the age of 3 including Brisbane. What a humid paradise. I heard one of my long-gone relatives fled England to Australia in a flour barrel. Some of that clan started up in banking. We eventually came to rest in West Australia, Perth and Fremantle.
Good to have you here and all others from the Antipodes.
(I didn't realize Giancarlo had been around as much.. )
Sounds like my life story I was in Australia for 13 years, Italy before that, Bahamas before Italy.... then back to Italy.... now here in the US. Hard to call one place home
That is indeed a pretty good story. I left Australia for England for a good many years and then to China and Taiwan for 3 years and eventually washed up in Brooklyn..... crawling out of the East River a few yards from the Hudson at the place George Washington suffered his first defeat against the English...
Maybe next AGA we will get to have a beer together.
