my name is claude, and i am an aquarium-o-hol...uhmm..what's the word i am looking for here.. a fishoholi...damn#%%#, i am water-plant-o-holic...that doesn't do it either..

My name is Claudiu, I'm a guy from Romania, (eastern Europe, land of Dracula, yada yada) I am 28 years old, I love aquariums (especially when planted in a dutch style), and I also love fish, plants, shrimps, rocks, roots, glass, fluorescent tubes, filters, ponds, fertilizers and so many others. ... I even love the yeast... oops..that sounds fishy.... uhm..but it'll do..

I had this passion for many years now, although I stopped maintaining aquariums for several years while I went to college and a little after that. At the moment I mess around with plants..(meaning I am doing my best in learning more about their requirements and how to control their growth). I am trying to move from easy-to-keep-and-grow- plants towards more difficult ones. That's mainly the reason I am here. I found the site while searching for some DIY improved CO2 system.

It's really nice to be here! I feel among my kind of people. :hug:
Already browsed several topics, and discovered valuable info. If i can, i will definitely try and contribute. For the moment, my approach will however be a silent one as I'd rather read and learn than skip reading and asking petty questions, or questions that have been answered countless times in the past.
