I've been watching the website under my login information and i was wondering how long it takes till they ship this its a diffuser and nothing else its been saying processing and i know they have a 1-2 day "supposed" ship out days. I ordered this thursday so just wondering

It took about two weeks from the time I ordered for my drop checkers to arrive here in Seattle, I would add a few days for points east of here.

i'm in phoenix.. did it change to shipped on the page? or did it just say processing till you got them?

Hi Valthenya (Mary),

To be truthful, I don't remember if I checked their site for shipping status or not. They are very helpful and friendly, why not drop them an e-mail and ask for the status? Mine came via the mail, so other than a date shipped there was no other information until it arrived. There was a damage problem which they handled promptly and professionally. BTW, I don't order plants from them, just "dry goods".

Yeah the plants thing has me worried if i should morally buy anything else from them (i bought this from them before the whole plant thing emerged)
