I just did some very crude color adjustments and I then start liking the scape more. The scape is a mix of color, texture and placement. Mess with any, and you mess with the scape. In this case, I think the color imbalance is what really throws you. Take it back ba few clicks and they are more enjoyable.

Looking at what roger did on the first picture (same idea), I dont find it as distracting.

After personally done "busy scapes" I think I like the less busy ones.
