I usually get all of mine from Bigals or some other online aquarium retailer (Dr. Fosters & SMith, ThatPetPlace are two more). For anything strange and exotic (some sort of weird combination of kelvin ratings), I'm not too sure.

I ended up going with Hellolighting, not neccessarily the cheapest but I needed both 4-pins in a square and linear . . they are prompt on the acknowledgement and shipping so so far so good.
