Lights question

How much light does my 14-8-8inch 3 (UK) gallon have, its got 2 9W arcadia arcpod lights giving a total of 18W, so is it low, medium or high.

I think it is very hard to characterize the light level in nano tanks, like you have. When I had a 2.5 gallon tank I had 27 watts of PC light about 2 inches above the water, and it was still low light intensity. So, my guess is that you have low light intensity.
