I always have to log in everytime I visit even though I checked the box Remember Me...what's wrong?

I'm not sure, but how can I enable them? I think it is diabled since I sometimes can't see pics(they have an X) that other people see just fine...Any other ideas?

Thanks for explaining it to me, but I already had it on medium(not medium-high)...so should I bring it down to low? Thanks
