Monte Carlo Dry Start Help

Hey Everyone! Newbie here 😃 I ordered 4 tissue cultures of monte carlo and 2 cultures of another foreground plant. I began my dry start about a week and a half ago. ADA Amazonia Vol 2 & ADA Power Sand. The tissue cultures arrived a day earlier than projected, however one batch arrived a bit mushy. I left them in their containers while I set up my hardscape. I planted the tissue cultures, but disliked my hardscape. I have a really unique piece of mopani driftwood that I’ve been soaking and changing water multiple times a day to leech tannins before I add it to the tank right before I flood the tank. The big open area is where the driftwood is going). I also didn’t think I satured the soil enough during the original set up. I removed the plants and added another bag of Amazonia to increase the slope, re do my hardscape and thoroughly wet the soil. I replanted the tissue cultures, however, now my tissue cultures for the monte carlo look like they are melting. I have the tank syran wrapped and run the lights 12 hours a day. I mist the cultures three times a day, once before work, when I get home, and before bed. I air the tank out for about 30 minutes to an hour each day, ensuring the plants don’t dry out in the process. I got advice from another plant enthusiast earlier this week who recommended to replant again as my bunches of monte carlo were too big, in addition to raising the water level. I replanted again to separate the bunches in hopes of the monte carlo spreading easier, in addition to raising the water level. It’s been about 5 days since, but my monte carlo looks like it’s not going to make it.

Do you guys have any advice ? Am I doing something wrong ?
