So I maybe should have mucked out the pond like a month ago, but the gist of it is that I'm a lazy bum and I'm doing it now instead. Of course I now have a veritable ton of pondly vegetation that I don't need anymore.

Shipping is a flat $7 no matter what you order, with the exception of the package which includes shipping.

A La Carte Pond Plants:
Cattail tubers w/shoots (Typha latifolia) - $1 each
Hardy Water Lily sprouted tubers (Nymphaea hybrid) - $2 small (golfball size tuber) or $5 large (baseball size tuber) - flowers are white, sometimes with a delicate pink at the bases. I'll see if I can dig up a picture of the blooms.
Variegated Sweet Flag (Acorus gramineus 'Variegated) 3"+ rhizome with leaves - $3 ea.
Golden Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia nummularia) bunch - $2 ea (8+ stems)
Amazon Frogbit (Limnobium laevigatum) - $2 portion (10-12 plants)

Or, the Kitchen Sink Pond Package for $30 shipped:
5 cattail tubers
1 large hardy lily
2 variegated sweet flag
3 bunches golden creeping jenny
3 portions frogbit
and a bonus Sagittaria plant for kicks.
^ this is enough vegetation for a near-instant water garden. I say "near" instant only because you have to let the cattails and water lily fill in. :)

EDIT: Found a lily flower photo:
