Finally after months of clipping and replanting, I'm beginning to see the Murdannia sp (red) peak out from the back. Just wanted to share a few px. It's kind of a jungle as I need to do some purging of other plants.... (story of my life....). There's a little gibbia clinging on it. Please forgive...

There are two stems in this px. See if you can spot them....

Pretty plant. It almost looks like the "dayflower-like-plant" I had that I thought was Arthraxon sp. What I had wound up being in the Commelinaceae family. Is this also in that family?

I just looked it up. Yep, Murdannia is in the Commelinaceae family. How cool is that?!

I began with 2 small stems of this plant. I now have many. It's finally growing tall enough to be seen. For the longest time I would trim and plant, trim and plant. It wants to grow sideways so that also hides it from view. It's been in there for at least 6 months. Cavan tells me I need more micros since he sees the coloring (thanks Cavan :D), so that tells me it should even be more brilliant than what you see.
