Ludwigia repens, Alternathera reinickii, are fairly easy red plants. Various C. wendtiis have interesting veination/coloration. Look through the plantfinder here on the site for colorful plants. As to where to buy them, my favorite place is here in the for sale forum, great varieties, choices and usually very healthy plants from fellow hobbyists.
